Day 1 (1/17)

Quick update tonight. I'll try to write some more throughout the week explaining what I'm looking to do for diet, exercise, etc.

- Peanut Butter Granola Bar, Iced Coffee
- Turkey Sub, Baked Chips, Diet Pepsi
- Sushi (2 rolls), Water

- Total Calories: 1650

- 51 Pushups
